Pastor Jonathan Hoffman became senior pastor of Hilltop in March of 2020 after serving as the Assistant and Youth Pastor at Cornerstone Baptist Church of Paris, Illinois for 20 years. While there he led children’s and youth ministries, as well as ministering in all capacities of the local church including preaching, teaching, visitation, and community outreach.   

After graduating for Northland International University (formerly known as Northland Baptist Bible College) with a bachelor’s degree in Pastoral Studies, he married his wife, Christie.  They have been married since June of 1999 and have three boys.  Pastor Jonathan and Christie serve together at Hilltop with the desire to minister to the family of believers, build relationships and reach out to the community of Clarksville and Johnson county.  Pastor Hoffman’s emphasis is practical Bible preaching and teaching with the aim of seeing people brought to a relationship to Christ and then mature in that relationship. He and his wife desire to develop relationships with people, serve them and help them in their walk with God.

Pastor Jon enjoys hunting, fishing and anything outdoors.  A Green Bay Packers fan, he enjoys watching them play in cold Wisconsin from the comfort of Arkansas. He and his family enjoy anytime they can take family trips and vacations together.
